    ADMINISTRATIVE INTERVIEW APPLICATION PROCESS

    JORDAN SCHOOL DISTRICT is located in a growing area of the valley and we expect to continue to build schools and hire personnel to fill those schools.  Therefore, if you are searching for an administrative position and/or other career opportunities, you should seriously consider making application with Jordan School District.
    Below is a timeline and the instructions for making application for administrative positions:

    Administrative Applicant Qualifications:

    • Current licensed educators with 5+ years of licensed educational experience; or
    • Current/Former school administrators with a current administrative license; or
    • Administrative candidates in the JSD administrative candidate pool (maximum of 3 years).

    After 3 years in the administrative candidate pool, administrative candidates must reapply.

    Administrative Interview Application Process:
    New applicants seeking administrative positions with Jordan School District must:

    • Complete an Administrative Interview Application, available on-line, in October and include the following:
    • Vita or Resume’, and
    • Administrative/Supervisory License

    JSD Administrative Pool Candidates (3 years or less) seeking an administrative position need not apply to be interviewed again, if you are currently in the administrative pool (maximum of 3 years). You need only submit a Letter of Interest to the Human Resource Department every October to remain active in the administrative pool (maximum of 3 years).
    JSD Administrative Pool Candidates (after 3 years) seeking an administrative position must reapply after 3 years for an administrative interview.  The application process is as follows:

    • Complete an Administrative Interview Application available on-line in October and include the following:
    • Vita or Resume’, and
    • Administrative/Supervisory License

    Administrative Position Advertisements:
    Jordan School District will post all available administrative positions on-line, as needed.  Only current JSD administrators and JSD administrative pool candidates are eligible to apply for available administrative positions.  The application process is as follows:

      • Submit a letter of interest for each position, and
      • Vita or Resume’
